Bishop was made using a MU Thunderbird body and a GI Joe head (sorry I'm not sure exactly which figure the head came from). I sculpted the hair and used an old 90s Toy Biz cape to make the scarf. The belt comes from a MU U.S. Agent, the "X" is the top of a thumbtack, and the strap on the leg is a rubber band. I used Model Master acryl paints.
