For my first ever Electro Figure I used A Castaway Toys 70s Retro Body(tan flesh) with a pair of white Castaway gloves(I painted yellow),I removed hands.
To this I added An EMCE Toys Startrek Cheron head which I then repainted and added his Electro mask(which I hand-sculpted from Claystone air-dry clay and attached with E-600 adhesive).
For his cloths I used an Emce toys Mugato shirt(I cut off the fur frill on the sleeves and painted on the electric bolts design with yellow acrylic paint and Mod-podge adhesive ) and CTVT Werewolf pants and CTVT yellow Pirate boots.I used the plastic strap from a Guitar toy(not sure of company or toy it was from) for his belt(I repainted the silver lightening bolt design it had with yellow acrylic & Mod-podge once again and fastened with yellow wire twist tie).Over the Werewolf pants I added a pair of Yellow spandex Undies my Friend Matt aka Spider-rouge made for me.
