Slash! One of the coolest TMNT villains in my opinion!
I started by chopping off the jaw and doing a new sculpt to give him the open mouth for more aggression, I did a little bit of sculpting on his bandanna to give his wonky eye more more and for a bit more anger. I won't bore you guys with a bunch details you probably already guessed, fodder here, sculpting there, painting duh! Haha, Ill let the pics tell the story!
