Here is my take on Ultron. Ultron was made from many different parts.

Upper body: DC Mongul
Lower Body: X-Men Classic Juggernaut
Arms and spikes (on right arm): BF Mojo
Head, Hands, Shoulder Pads, Chest, Neck Brace, (Bum) Shield: All taken from ML Ultron
Jet pack, shield and green saber: All Gundam figure accessories

This figure probably took me the longest to do. He wasn't used to be an Ultron when I first made him. He was a Super Skrull. Anyway I got tire of my Skrull custom and decided to do an Ultron Instead.

I combined Juggy, Mongul and Mojo for the base. Dissected ML Ultron into pieces and added the useful parts to the base figure. Used the head of Ultron's glider as head, sculpted a neck and used a ball joint to stick it to the body. Ultron's head can rotate and can move up and down (slightly).

Added a few weaponry, like the spikes in his right arm (mojo feet). Shield, Jet pack and saber are from my Gundam figs. All accessories are removable, except for the spikes. The jet pack can positioned in many ways, good for flight poses.

Ultron is painted black then dry brush with silver and chrome. Painted the mouth and saber green.
