Dream was made on DCUC Mercury's body, I needed him to be very slim, and I popped Spectre's head onto the body. The hair is made from the collar from the DCUC Dove figure, modified and glued onto the head. Cloak is a combination of Starman's jacket and some spare capes wrapped around the figure.
