Poor Victor: During the Titans Hunt run in the 90's he was placed in a rocket & blown in pieces. He crashed in the Soviet Union were he was rebuilt as a robot with no personality. Eventually, he regained his memories & became Cyberion.

His shoulder cannons can be folded back.

Cool Cyborg!! I grabbed a couple of these myself for projects and that is one beefy figure!

If he had just a litle better hip articulation he would be perfect. Great Job!!
