It's been quite a while since I posted on figurerealm. Didja miss me :D? Here's a homemade figure of everyone's favorite Star Wars character with an antenna sticking out of her head... Aurra Sing! She's made to be compatible with the recent Star Wars 6" figures. She is a resculpted DC Universe CLassics Donna Troy figure and Marvel Legends Mystique head. I do not have her trademark long rifle fabricated, yet, as I haven't found the right combination of parts. I'm also not too happy with the paint job. But, like all good works of art, she's complete but still a sort of work in progress :D. I hope you enjoy viewing her.
Thanks, Vic. I knew the detailing on the coat would make it more impressive, so I looked around in the fodder until I found stuff that looks as much like the movie as possible.
Excellent work, this is a spot-on representation of Aurra in the 6 inch scale! Her expression is very fitting of the character, and things that might be difficult to do (like the elongated fingers and the antenna sticking outta her head) have been handled really well!
Thanks JTJ for the positive feedback. The ML Mystique head does work very well as an Aurra Sing with a little modification. The hands are from a DC Universe Jemm figure and the antenna is simply a straight pin.
