"Jeff Graves worked as an FBI agent and was a close confidante of special agent Trey Thompson. Graves was one of the few who knew that Thompson was also Mister America II. He secretly aided Thompson by funneling him information from the FBI field offices. Shortly following Thompson's death, Graves collected his friend's belongings and continued his legacy as Mister America III, even eventually joining the Justice Society of America."

I decided to do something a little simple for a change after my Anna Fortune custom. Mister America was just some part swaps and paint, nothing super complicated. Mister America consists of a DCUC Alan Scott body, green Steppenwolf lower-legs, Red Arrow head, and standard DCUC cape.

That's it. Simple, but a worthy addition to my JSA.
