When I played Harley's revenge, I thought the Thugs were awesome. I figured we probably would not see anything from Mattel or DC Direct since they are not main characters to the game (other than their part) so I made these one. Surprisingly a lot of people want a pair of these.

I improvised on a couple of them. I had an idea of what they would look like without the jacket and I did that.

Recipe:
Repaint whole figure
Added Apoxy Sculpt Harley Emblems
Sculpted the heads
Paint Camo on pants
Painted face
