Hey there along with some Horror Characters Id like to put some sinister villains up in the month of October for Halloween and when I think of sinister villains that make me think of Halloween Green Goblin definitely jumps out to me,
But sadly they make quite a few great versions of him so it was up to good ol' HBK to spice up the design a bit and here is the rundown

RECIPE:
Head: Eclipso with Sculpted hood details
Body/Arms/Upper Legs:WOnderman with sculpted chain armor and armor details and general costume details
Lower Legs/Pancho: Marvel Legends Loki
Boots: Artic Batman
Sword: Wraal
Glader: Goggle lenses , styrene ,toy missle ,2xArtimis arrowheads
