I got the Dixon brothers 2 pack and wanted to do Merle up to represent his appearance in the second half of the 3rd series. Specifically from his final episode, This Sorrowful life. I removed the bayonet, cut a samurai sword down to make the shank and applied green stuff for duct tape. I also took off his drop rig from his left lef and puttied the gap. I repainted his trousers a paler colour and touched up the paint in general, giving him blood spatter grime and his split nose. I also added the stubble and filled his hair out so it looked more grown out
