This was an interesting test that worked better than I had hoped for , first the tentacles are actually Halloween finger props with an armature made from spare Hero Factory Parts inside of them for support and articulation , then I attached them into a Marvel Legends Nick Fury jet pack and finally used a Jack Knight Starman figure on it (can be swapped with any DCU or Marvel Legends figure), a simple rubber as shoulder straps for extra support and that's it , No glue , No paint , just a lot of imagination and luck.
