Lady Shiva was revealed as one of the assassins in Arkham Origins, and that really made me want to make an action figure of the character. I didn't know what parts to use off the top of my head and eventually decided to go with a DCD Agent Diana Prince as the base figure (with the belt cut off). I took the head from an Alias Sydney Bristow action figure (it was the first run of figures that were totally not articulated) and the hair from a Toy Biz Psylocke. Both parts needed a lot of modification to fit together and for the head to eventually fit on the Diana Prince body, I cut off the neck peg and drilled into the head. It still fits on weird, but I think it has a certain fierceness to it and I added some red eye shadow to it. The coat was taken from a Pirates of the Caribbean Angelica action figure, painted red on the inside and black on the outside - I'm pretty happy that I found this in my fodder box and that it fits. I sculpted the hem of her top and over the biceps and all the clasps were cut from a piece of blister plastic card, each one then painted gold. I also repainted the rest of the figure; including giving her bare hands instead of gloves. Thanks for taking a look as always!
