I really liked the First Avenger Winter Soldier figure, except for his stumpy, poorly articulated arms. To remedy this, I took the arms from the Winter Soldier Marvel Universe figure and grafted them onto the FA version. The hands are from the Dollar General Shipwreck figure.
The original arms on this figure could be removed with the usual boil and pop method. I had to crack the torso on the Marvel Universe Winter Soldier to remove his arms and then grind down the peg until it would fit in the torso of this figure.
