I've wanted to do this guy for a long time. This is my favorite look for Blizzard, so I wanted to do his 90's era costume. I just found out that there is a Marvel Legends version of this uniform coming out soon too. He's made with a basic Marvel Universe buck with a Black Panther head cast. Thanks for looking!
