As a Conan fan I appreciate the figure you selected to customize. The face and figure looks great. I use real material in my figures (check them on this site under carlos1) and I know the difficulty in trying to create the look using real fur for example. I suggest you shave the piece you used to create the cape and attach the hair in small portions to a cloth piece using glue and sccisors to trim down the piece. This is very time consuming but the results can be very satisfying. Besides that great work on the figure.
