Spider-Girl is made from a 2013 SDCC Marvel Legends Thunderbolts Moonstone and a 6" Spider-Man classics black costume spider-man head. Also opted to give her an unmasked head for May "Mayday" Parker. The web bracelets are from the Ares series scarlet spider figure.

can't really put a price on it, but to start, I would say 60-70 and thats just to acquire the base pieces needed.. moonstone figure, scarlet spider bracelets and the black costume spider-man head. then the paint work on top of it..
