Obscure character! Yep, Marvel had a Warhawk, and he was actually a pretty tough character, with his metal infused skin and fighting abilities. I saw him online and had to make the guy. He started off as a Marvel Universe 2 Pack Capt. Britain, then modded with sculpted skull belt and boot cuffs. His head is from an MU Gladiator with the mohawk removed with resculpted hair.
