This was fun one to do. Not the most popular character, but he has been seen more in the comics lately. He was a DCSH Bane base, with a DCSH bizarro head, X-Treme Rougue glasses, and the gun arm is from that huge Monev the Galve toy. The coat is from Mr T from the Rocky toy line. I did Exodus as well...
