After doing a new version of Stephanie Brown as Batgirl, I decided to redo Cassandra Cain as Batgirl as well. Tok3n's version also made want to do a new version as I'm still really unsatisfied with my first take on the character. I used a Young Justice Artemis figure as the base (ripping out the straps and pocket on her left thigh) and decided to make a masked and unmasked head. The masked head is a modified Batman Begins 5 inch scale figure head, with the mouth and eyes sculpted over and small strips of plastic as the stitches. The unmasked head is from a ML Psylocke, with hair (which was blue) from an Alias Sydney Bristow. The cape is also from the 5 inch scale Batman Begins figure. I sculpted on the rectangular belt buckle after cutting off the semi-circular buckle from Artemis. I took the spikes/fins on the gauntlets from an Injustice Batman Unlimited figure. I painted the Bat-symbol on and am not quite happy with how turned out, but it'll do for now. Thanks for looking as always!
