Thanks bud. I'm a bit if a control freak on the shoulders. I've got to lick those down or the whole look falls apart. I use hot glue on the underside and then pull the cape down tight and let the natural folds do the rest. It's worked our nicely so far.

Thanks man, the simpler the better most times. I try to keep my stuff within the realm of possibility. When I started doing this stuff I went by "Revisionist Toymaker" since all I really tried my hand at was correcting those small disappointments of "what could have been."

These capes have evolved over time but definitely ALWAYS in that vein.
