I've had a Black Canary lying around for awhile now and after seeing that this contest was for females I decided that the first BA gaming chick should be made. With no chance of ever topping the previous Samus in any way shape or form I decided to use Nintendos new design of Samus as she appears in Metroid Zero Mission and her guest appearence in Super Smash Bros Brawl for the Nintendo Wii.

Samus has newly sculpted legs and arms and besides her and pony tail newly sculpted hair. I used a Judge Dredd gun to create her stun device with. The body has 3 differnt shades of blue and a black to it. I started with the Regal Blue for the base then topped her with the Enchanted blue and finally the light sections were coatesd with Ice Blue. I used regal blue wash for extra detailing and Choas black for fine lining. The Samus Crest on her chest was alos hand painted as were her boots details.
