Hello all, this Crimson Dynamo custom is one of my best works involving sculpting to date. Hope you guys enjoy.

At first, I was wanting to do something with my Thor Buster Iron Man cause I didn't like the figure as is. So I saw a pic of Crimson Dynamo and I new it would work. At first, I replaced the arms and legs with the XMC Colossus. But while working with it, The leg joint broke on the Thor Buster so, I replaced the TB body with the original XMC Colossus body. In the pic, you can see that I did the head first, just to make sure I could pull it off. Once I put the head on the figure, I got to work. First I sculpted the shoulder pads and chest circle, and than the forearms. After that, I redid the belt line and the strip that goes down the crotch. I thought about doing the legs the way the picture showed, but I decided not to. I might go back and do it later.

The paint was a custom mix. I first painted the silver areas (Colossus parts), black and dry brushed a custom gun metal silver over it to give it a darker look. Than I Mix a Crimson Red with a little black and silver for the other areas. I than dry brushed a little C. Red with silver over that. The eye/visor is done with a little yellow, red, and silver.

I tried to stay true to the pic. But since I only had a front view, I was forced to improvise. And I didn't do the legs exactly the same, which I might do a bit later. Just excited how it was looking pre-paint so I had to go ahead a paint it to see what it was looking like.
