The Havok figure from MU has nice painted detail but is way too thin as a sculpt. Alex is usually similar to Hawkeye in build. The legs are way too thin and it bothered me to the point that I had to do something.

I used the all but the legs and drilled a hole through the chest and back. An ice blast was formed around him with plaster, glue, and paint for detail. A lens from a flash light with Goop is the focal point of where his plasma is melting the ice. To bring out more of a plasma effect, I used a led type of mini light in the back of the wall, not in Havok. There are 3 pics to show the difference in lighting.
