Hi everyone.. What do you get when combining four of the most popular characters from Street Fighter and TMNT?

Answer: Teenage Mutant Street Fighter Turtles..Mi-Kenangelo and Raph-Ryu!..(TMSFT)

Raphael & Ryu have many things in common. Both are loners & anti-social, like to travel alone & are strong tough fighters. The difference is Raph has a attitude and is a hot head while Ryu has a calm demeanor and let his actions speak for him. This difference balances out their personality to make a perfect fighter.

Michael-angelo & Ken blend well together because they both outgoing party animals, big time show-offs, extremely confident. Their differences are that Ken is very arrogant and ultra aggressive competitive while Michael-angelo is very laid back, easy going and don't stress much in life besides someone eating his slice of pizza. With this combination things balances out as well.

This is what I did to create this fusion. First I took Sota Street Fighter Ken & Ryu. Sanded down their chest area and removed Ken & Ryu heads, forearms, hands, calves & feet. Then I took two Neca Tmnt heads,forearms, hands, calves & feet and then attached them on the Street Fighter bases. Next I sculpted lower Gi pants and hand guards (painted orange hand guard for Mike/Ken). On the tmnt heads I removed their bandanas, did some cover up sculpt work and painted eyes. Sculpted both some eyebrows and Raph-ryu head bandana and gave each some vinyl hair. For Raph-ryu, ML Longshot with bottom hair sculpt & anime Gatchaman hair for Mi-kenangelo. Then I took the front and back parts from the neca turtle shells and installed it to the back of the Sota bases. Each come with their weapon accessories, Raph/Ryu Sai's and Mike/Ken orange nunchukas. Finally gave both a total repaint including their shells from top to bottom of the colors each character represent . Raph-ryu having a multi-layered dark shading skin tone green while Mi-kenangelo a lighter shade of green, then they both were done.
I had fun making these guys, especially since many of us grew up with these characters. I tried to show each side of Street Fighter & Tmnt equally and see how nicely their worlds connect with one another. Hope you enjoy!
