I dig your Nightwing design. The Winter Soldier head looks good for the character and I like the black/blue/red color scheme of his outfit.
On the other hand, I think you could have done more with the Scarecrow figure--he still looks too much like the Batman Begins base figure (and your lighting is really washing him out, making it difficult for me to see the alterations you did do with paint). Some small additions, like a hat, or some loose straw fibers poking out here and there, would have helped make him more unique.
