Hey guys! Another commission project for your viewing pleasure. Black Bolt was made from a DCUC White Lantern Flash figure. The lower legs were swapped out with that of a Batman Beyond figure. The head is a modified US Agent with detail sculpted on. The wings were tricky as I wanted them to be 3 dimensional, and open and close. I ended up doing them with card stock. The energy effect on his head is from the Flash figure and just pops on and off. Let me know what you think of him.
