This is one of those occasions where I can honestly say I know little to nothing about this character. I stumbled across the image one day and saved it forever, waiting for a proper body size to fix him up. The Forgotten One, the Eternal. Banished by the Eternals, and later awakened in a world full of heroes. Believe he was even an Avenger at one point. Anyway, I finally managed to get my hands on an SDCC Champion of the Universe, and just did a fully repaint of him. Some sanding to the head was required, along with cutting off the ponytail, but otherwise a fairly simple project.
