Hello brothers, the custom was made from wwf elite modified some of its excess muscles,i mean like sand them off make him slimmer but masculine...the head was a head sculpt the ponytail was yj artemis,weapons were scratch built from hard plastics modified and welded,the scarf was from hand made rubbers connnected with a reshaped cape,feet were reshaped with added minimal sculpting(those bandages i think).
