Base: Mr. Terrific
Head: Casts from Casting Cave

I figured that Mattel isn't making one anytime soon. I used a Mr. Terrific base and sculpted the bat logo on the chest. I patched the hole in the back of the jacket and painted it so resemble leather. I did the same for the leg drop holsters.
All of the padding on the gloves and boots were sculpted, as was the belt and buckle.
Next I added a magnet to the neck and resized it to incorporate either the Jason Todd head or the helmeted head.
I painted the helmeted head silver and added a black wash. They coated it in clear red. This allows the light to hit the silver and look metallic.
I painted all of his guns by hand and sealed him.
