Been looking at these Splinters and just amazed at how cool they look I just purchased the Neca Turtles and I want a Splinter to go with so I bought the same Splinter sans the custom job. Im gonna take a stab at it but have never customized a figure I was just wondering if you could tell me the best way to break off the shoulder pads? Or did you open the whole toy itself? I am lost. Thank you.

I'm currently working on the same figure. This is really awesome. Would you mind explaining the work that went into it a little better, please? It looks like you added some cuts to the face. Are the wraps on his feet painted or sculpted? Anyway, great custom.

Thanks for the nice words I put 3 scratches on his face with a dremel
Wanted to give him the appearance of being in couple of tough battles
And sculpted the leg wrappings cause the cartoon one had them also
