Simple switch job on a Kenner "Sky Attack" Batman. I removed the Batman's arms and head and replaced them with the arms and head of a Kenner Keaton "Bruce Wayne" figure I had previously removed. I used a Kenner "Batman Returns" Wayne Manor Compound's Batcave portion as the backdrop.

by the way could you tell me how to swap the batman kenner head? do I need to heat it up first..

and how do you remove the head? do I need some extra tools
