Remember this character from the early 90's? No? How about in '06 when he appeared in Infinite Crisis briefly? Didn't see him either? Oh well, still I decided to make him since some latin friends have never seen one in an action figure. A very colorful character. And to think he was asked to join the JLI in the 90's!

Saw a version of this guy back in the 70's but more of a cowboy, I think you're right, THIS version came out in the late 90's early 2000's ...Great work!
