well Silent Hill Armless Man is one of the classic monsters. so i took a ninja toy that ad a missing arm and finaly ad in mine to just break the othet arm and make a armless character and ofcourse Silent Hill came ^^ i added black tape to make the skin and little apoxie to take of the tape lines and just repainted it all and my figure ad is anckle twist inside so that was perfect for this character
