Bioshock is my favorite video game. I have always been partial to the winter blast plasmid, and when they said they would be bringing it back in the Bioshock infinite DLC i just had to make this custom. This character is a splicer that has been using the old man winter plasmid and has turned into a frozen psycho. I used a GI Joe recondo body, a POTC blackbeard head shaven down, and some legs i got from another GI Joe body that i cant remember. Lots of sculpty was used to make the ice crystals and lots of paint for the frozen effect. This is my first custom i have uploaded and i hope you enjoy it!
