Rorschach was supposed to be the Question. All the Watchmen were supposed to be the Charlton characters but DC nixed the idea cause they had their own plans for them. So instead of Captain Atom we gotDr Manhattan, Blue Beetle= Nite Owl,Question = Rorschach, etc.
