Being a big Kingdom Come and GL Alan Scott fan, I've had him and Jade from the DC Direct line for some time, so I always wanted to complete the family and make Alan's other kid. Alex Ross based Obsidian's look in KC heavily on the classic The Shadow design, so that was another plus.

The figure was made out of a Movie Masters Joker figure I got without the trenchcoat, so I made my own with foamy. Had to extend the legs a bit so he's more in scale with Alan and Jade. The head was re-sculpted using epoxi putty, and the hat is a modified epoxi cast from a Playmates Chain Mail Zorro. Guns come from a Chap Mei figure.
Painted with Humbrol enamels.

Thanks, glad you liked it! The real name of the material is ethylene-vinyl acetate, commonly known as EVA (actually here in my country we call it EVA rubber), but I've noticed it's commonly called foamy in english; I'm sure you can find it at any hobby or crafts store. Have to say it's quite absorbent to the paint, so I gave it a layer of white glue to seal it, and then painted it with enamel.

Very cool! I alwasy liked his Kingdom Come design, but have never seen a custom of it. Looks WAY awesome! Good work!

Me too, we got a good chance when Alex Ross was working on the Justice Society comic, but I guess he'd have been too close to his Sandman redesign. Glad you liked the custom!

Thanks a lot! The coat was really fun to do, foamy is a great material for capes and such, as it can be heated to reshape it, I used superglue to make it keep the shape.
