This is liam neeson from taken.This was a simple paint job and I swapped his jacket with john blake. Didn't do so great but I tried to trim the goatee off and paint over it . Hope yal like it.

One method to look at would be to shave those parts off with an Xacto and then use a lighter to get the plastic to near melting ( not burnt of course) and those features will round back out. I've thought about doing the same thing but haven't run into an extra victim to test it out on.
