Hello you poor unfortunate souls, I present to you Ursula the Sea Witch from Disney's The Little Mermaid, my favourite villain.
I had been wanting to do this since I made my Ariel figure but it took ages to find appropriate parts and I finally found the perfect pieces, a Star Wars Yarna d'al' Gargan figure and a perfectly scaled octopus figure!! I removed Yarna's lower half and the octopus' head sac thing and glued the remaining 2 pieces together and sculpted over the join and blended with green stuff using the blunt flat end of a pin to get the lumpy octopus texture. I sculpted her breasts (she had 6 small ones I had to cover!!) and her belly in the process. The head and hair was difficult as it had a molded head-dress which I had to cut and sand down as best as I could. I then made the hair with greenstuff. Painted in quality acrylics, painting the tentacles was a right pain and then varnished.
She has a real seashell on her necklace that I painted to glow in the dark.

I am working on a cauldron for her too, using the octopus sac as a base. Pics may or may not follow.

side note: In the film Ursula has 6 tentacles, but I like her with 8 as I didn't want to cut 2 off.
