well koopa troopa was the long time forgoten racer of mario kart. he was in the first mario kart released on super nintendo and was not in mario kart 64 i remember finding that sad so i just remembered that i ad made a go kart for koopa troopa and find a perfect fit sise koopa toy so i wanted him in my mario kart collection. well i have him in the new mario kart toys but wanted my own made one ^^ i just repainted the kart and placed koopa in ^^
