i wanted to make my own harley concept fusing together my favorite designs. i wanted to make the arkham city outfit but with a more animated face look or i love how she is draw in the comic hush so i based her face design on that. i used a arkham city harley figure and removed the ugly dc direct head. i then added a suicide squad head cause the head is well done and has a cute harley face sculpt. i then repainted it white then added layers of black to build up to make the mask. i then repainted her eyes lips and make up. and finally repainted her hair and added the collar from the suicide squad harley. hope you enjoy.
I like it! Her costume is less skanky than what she wears in Suicide Squad and less goth/gangster than Arkham City. It evokes classic Harley while giving her a modern vibe!
