I used an Ann O'Brien from the Legendary Heroes line. The knee guards and belt are both painted craft foam. I added some sculpt to smooth out her chest and cover the laces on her boots. I just thought of Titania as soon as I saw here on the pegs so I thought it would be a great addition to my Masters of Evil set that I am working on. She is my second custom figure so far, hope you like her. Good luck to everyone that entered.
