This character was the promoter for the wrestling organization the Turtles were thrown in into in the Archie Comics series. I decided articulation wasn't really necessary for this because, IDK what you really need him to do other than grab money. I started the skeleton of the figure using tin foil and tooth picks, then Sculpey around all of that I decided to not paint any details on his "buddy" Sling because that's how Playmates used to do the "buddies" that came with their figures, lots of detail in the sculpt, not an ounce of paint. The money is painted but it can be pulled off as an accessory.
