This is a quick figure assembly with fodder pieces.

The origins and story of the Winter Soldier are very cool.
A mysterious elite hitman, put by Soviets into hibernation between missions to prevent aging. The discovery of his identity by Captain America. His return to the side of the good guys.
Although Ed Brubacker broke the "Bucky Clause" that says in comicbooks "No one stays dead except Bucky, Jason Todd and Uncle Ben" :-), it was a very clever way to resurrect a dead character for over fifty years.
But what we do not know: When the Winter Soldier program was launched, some members of the Soviet military staff thought it was risky to stake everything on James Buchanan Barnes, as well as it can be brainwashed.
The desertion of the Romanov agent only reinforced this idea.
General Feodor G. Gahyasin and Colonel Arkady M. Karkazov have secretly decided developing a parallel program. Thus was born the "Winter Soldier V 2.0".
They had to recruit a patriot possessing a flawless faith in the Soviet ideal. They kept Major Vassily S. Noroniev. They made a cybernetic being, far beyond the original Winter Soldier.
And today, the "Zimniy Soldat Dva" is ready for battle.
