I took a Han Solo upper torso and swapped it to the Bespin Luke lower body. I covered the upper torso in a superthin layer of apoxie and the wrapped it in fabric and smoothed the entire surface with my thumb and finger. This transferred the fabric texture to the apoxie.

The arms are from a Buffy Angel figure. They are a hair long but they do nicely for the look. They are also held in place by filling the cavity with Apoxie and pressing the limbs in place. I dipped the pegs all the way up to the bicep in baby powder to leave a buffer layer between the clay and plastic. Once dried we have solid sturdy factory articulation.
