Here is another one for the collection. I have actually had this one done for a while, but have not posted him. He recently went bye, bye, so I figured I would post the picture of my lost treasures.

I was a huge fan of the Penquin Enforcer. He was huge. I tried to capture that part of it in this figure. If you compare him to the Mattle Batman, he stands about an inch taller, which is close to game accurate.

Luke Gallows figure
Flaired boots tops
Added Fodder knee and quad guards
painted globes
painted Penguin symbol
Added Watchman's cap
Painted chest tattoo
Added zip ties to look like leather straps.

I am pretty happy with it, other than the leg guards. I did not take the time to sculpt the actual style of knee/quad pads, but it works for now.
