So here's my movie Winter Soldier, all tooled up as we see him in the climax of Cap 2.

So I was originally a bit reticent to get the WS figure, I was considering turning it into a cable, but I just wasn't sure about the design in the movie. Then at the end of March I saw the film, and had to have this figure. Or more accurately fix this figure.

The sculpt is awesome from the start. Don't get me wrong. The likeness articulation and all round sculpting is great. The colour choices however left a lot to be desired. SO first off was a head to toe repaint. Much darker Leather colours. Hint of blue drybrushing to the legs, and brown on all the rest. The unmasked face I chose to repaint without the mascara explosion as he has it for all of 2 seconds in the film but does spend the entire end of the film without his mask and no make up. Added a stubble too.

Then I kitted him out with his arsenal. In the movie he has at least 3 knives so I added a 3rd on the is removable, from a union jack figure. On his left leg is a SIG 226R from an Expendables fig and on his right are a pair of multi barrelled derringer pistols. The top one with 4 barrels the lower with 2. I had to sculpt and chop shop the Skorpion machine pistol on his back and attached it with a pair of magnets. The M4 came from a hitman figure with an EOtech sight from a ML shotgun and the M203 grenade launcher from a spawn figure. The Barrat .50 sniper rifle came from the 2 pack punisher.

So there you go, Im really happy with this bad boy. Gotta do a cap next with a magnetic shield
