I admit, I'd only ever heard of Squirrel Girl and had never actually read her in anything. But while customising her and doing a bit of research, I've gotta admit to falling in love with her character. Wonder when they'll make a Squirrel Girl movie... yeah, won't hold my breath.

All the standard prep applies. I exacto'd in places to remove some details and completed tossed the hair to sculpt my own. Although I'm against over-sexualising characters, I did give this gal a little bit of a boob job, which was more out of necessity really, so she was more comic book accurate. I never thought I'd be so proud of my 'boob smoothening.'

The tail is pretty much what inspired this custom in the first place. It's Omega Red's ponytail. I know it's not full size like in the comics but I really wanted a sculpt (not any kind of fabric or feather duster) that could be articulated somewhat, without knocking her off balance. I was worried to begin with that it'd pretty much look like a horse's mane shooting out of her butt but it turned out pretty well.
