I was never a massive fan of both the proportions or hair on the released Bishop so thought I'd have a go. The bald head was a retooled Savage Dragon and the classic mullet head was an Epic Heroes Punisher with craft foam locks. Used foam sheets for the sleeve cuffs, shoulder straps and belt too. Pinched the scarf from the original Bishop and added a hot glue plasma effect and rifle from the HoM Wolverine.
