Back when no one knew for sure if mattel; would quit playing games with the collectors & actually release the last of the JLU line. Stew got a hold of the prototypes & made casts of them. I bought one & as we all know mattel did eventually release the final figures in the JLU line. So this cast sat in a box forever. I finally decided to paint it like he appeared in STAS because the actually mattel release was colored wrong.
